Steps for making a collage in PhotoShop Elements

1. Find a picture on the internet
2. Copy the picture (right click)
3. Switch into PhotoShop Elements
4. Choose File – New Image from Clipboard
5. Use the marquee tool (rectangle or ellipse) to make a selection
6. Choose EDIT – COPY
7. Create a new PhotoShop Document (1000 pixels high, 1000 pixels wide) or switch into your existing collage (or click on small photo at the bottom if you have already created this)
8. Choose EDIT – PASTE
9. Use the Move tool to place the pasted image where you want it
